As a benefit to our members, the HBA of Greater Charlotte compiles monthly residential permit reports for Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Mecklenburg and Union Counties.  These reports are based on data received from various building departments representing each county in our membership region.

The HBA of Greater Charlotte is not provided any information that could be used to determine if a permit has been reissued. If in the event a permit is reissued and the builder requests a refund, we require the builder to provide the original detailed invoice and permit worksheet/list with the new invoice and permit worksheet/list clearly noting the duplicate.
